Sarah Beth Fishback graduated from Salem College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. While at Salem, she volunteered at a senior fitness facility and investigated the effects of physical activity on dementia and age-related cognitive impairments. Sarah Beth was a multi-sport athlete growing up, but her passion was horseback riding. She had a successful amateur showing career and competed as a member of Salem College’s equestrian team for one year before she decided to open her own farm.

After graduation, Sarah Beth received multiple certifications and now serves the Triad area as an exercise physiologist and group fitness instructor. Sarah Beth works with a variety of clientele, but she has a special interest in working with aging adults.
