Winston-Salem Personal Training is proud to announce our summer strength and conditioning camp for young athletes! During this month-long period of small group training we will focus on a variety of exercises for developing strength, while working with the athletes to improve their agility, conditioning, and speed .

How it works:

Athletes will give their preferred time of day and will be broken down into groups of 5-6 with those of similar age. ¬†Training will take place at Gold’s Gym located at 3300 Reynolda Road and will be for 1-hour on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays starting June 15th. ¬†Athletes will have 8 1-hour sessions with certified strength and conditioning specialist, Marc Lewis (read more about Marc). In case any athletes are sick or traveling throughout the duration of the camp, we will have 12 scheduled times which the athletes can come to any 8 of the twelve in their time-slot.

Time Slots:

M/W/F June 15-July 15th – 9am-10am

M/W/F June 15-July 15th – 4pm-5pm
